Biometrical Finger Print Verification provides irrefutable fingerprint identification, and is recognized as one of the most effective tools to deter employee "Buddy Clocking" and prevent unauthorized access. Biometrics has also been proven  to reduce corporate losses.

This Stand-alone unit will register what time each employee  arrived at work and what time they clocked out. The System works by identifying worker by their unique Finger Prints. Our System has a special feature where-by workers can have each one of their 10 Finger Prints Scanned, this helps reduce errors where finger prints may  be dirty or damaged.

When a worker is clocked in the they must select a button on the unit:

• In (Start of Shift)
• Out (End of Shift)
• Break Start (Start of Break i.e.: Smoke, Lunch, Tea)
• End of Break ( End of Break i.e.: Smoke, Lunch, Tea)
• Start of Overtime
• End of Overtime

From this the Management Software Package will calculate the Actual Hours worked, Total Minutes for Breaks, and Total Hour of Overtime

 The Systems can also be setup to Deduct Hours for Late Coming or Early Leaving.

To compile report on employees one only needs to download there clocking on a weekly or monthly bases. This data is then store on the PC where various reports are generated. These reports can be export to excel for further manipulation.
